2.2 Order Process
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Production begins only after we receive the photos required for customization.
Failure to provide the required photos within 7 days of placing the order may result in cancellation.
2.3 Order Accuracy
Ensure that all order details, including shipping address and photo uploads, are accurate.
We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Customization and Production
3.1 Photo Submission
Photos must be uploaded or sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid delays.
We may reject or request replacement images if the quality is too low or inappropriate for printing.
3.2 Production Time
Polaroids: 2-3 business days
Photo Albums: 3-5 business days
Production time may vary based on order volume or complexity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination. Estimated timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, courier service delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4.2 Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
