2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, please make sure that all information provided, including your name, contact details, shipping address, product selection, and uploaded photos, is correct.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order is successfully placed.
For customized products, production will begin after we receive the required photos and order details.
If the required photos are not provided within 7 days, we may cancel the order.
3. Customization and Photos
Photos submitted for customization should be clear and suitable for printing.
We may request a replacement photo if the uploaded image is too low in quality, damaged, or unsuitable for printing.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any photos you upload.
We do not accept photos containing illegal, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
4. Production Time
Our usual production time is:
- Polaroids: 2–3 business days
- Photo Albums: 3–5 business days
Production time may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, or other circumstances.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and courier service.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be provided through email or SMS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, or availability at any time.
Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
An order will be processed only after the payment has been successfully received.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
Since our products are customized, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing/customization error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including designs, text, graphics, images, logos, and other materials, belongs to Oops! Gifted or its respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
9. User Content
You are responsible for any photos or other content you submit to us.
You must not submit content that:
- You do not have permission to use.
- Contains illegal or abusive material.
- Contains hate speech, violence, or inappropriate content.
- Violates another person’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.
We may refuse to process content that violates these requirements.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and uploaded photos.
11. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to provide our products and services as described.
However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
